CASE STUDY | SMART PROPERTY AGENTS
Smart Property Agents are an combined Estate Agent and Mortgage Broker based just outside Bath, Somerset. We were referred to them from another agent and started working with them as their full digital marketing supplier as they started the business in January 2017.
We sought to achieve the following core goals:
- Lead generation, primarily in the form of valuation requests
- Establish brand awareness (from scratch)
- Increase organic traffic to their valuation pages
- Target a specific, narrow audience with effective campaigns
Over the course of nine months working on a retainer we created a campaign which spanned multiple platforms to target local people who were likely to be selling their property.
The campaigned spanned from the set-up and branding of the social media accounts from scratch to automated e-mails sent out regularly to anyone who signed up to value their home on the website.
Along with day-to-day social media management we incorporated SEO-based blogs to drive organic traffic to the site, coupled with a successful Google Adwords campaign which achieved a 6% click through rate and generated an average of 15 leads per week in a very competitive market.
Finally, we produced ‘Recently Sold’ flyers which were dispersed door-to-door by the client, with a valuation call-to-action.
Overall we joined the dots across the whole campaign. Driving traffic to the valuations page through organic posts, blogs, Facebook adverts and Google Adwords saw quality leads and data generated from the visitors. The automated email follow-up process was a great success and is under-used in the sector – sending potential customers high-quality organic content and reminding them that Smart Property Agents were the go-to Estate to use once they were ready to sell or let.
