Win A Website Competition — Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to The Bright Click “Win A Website” campaign.

By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter is DAM Fine Marketing Ltd trading as The Bright Click.

DAM Fine Marketing Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

Company Number: 17081415

Registered Office: 84 Ascot House, 30 Mill Mead, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 4QZ.

The Bright Click is a trading name of DAM Fine Marketing Ltd.

2. Campaign Name

3. Entry Period

The competition opens on:

27th July 2026

The competition closes at:

11:59pm on 14th August 2026
Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

The winner will be announced on:

21st August 2026

4. Eligibility

This competition is open to UK businesses only.
Entrants must be aged 18 or over and must have authority to enter on behalf of the business they submit.
Only one entry is allowed per business.
Employees, contractors or close family members connected with DAM Fine Marketing Ltd trading as The Bright Click are not eligible to enter.
The Bright Click reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5. How To Enter

To enter, entrants must complete the entry form on the Win A Website Competition page.

Entry is free.

No purchase is necessary.

Entrants must provide the requested information, including:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Business name
  • Business location
  • Business description
  • Website URL
  • Website improvement goal
  • Agreement to these Terms and Conditions

The website prize can only be used for the business and website URL submitted in the entry form.

The prize cannot be transferred to another business, brand, domain, project or website URL after entry.

6. The Prize

One eligible business will win a professionally designed website from The Bright Click.

The prize includes a website of up to 8 standard pages.

Example standard pages may include:

  • Home
  • About
  • Services
  • Individual service page
  • Case study / portfolio page
  • Blog / news landing page
  • Contact

The final page structure will be agreed between the winner and The Bright Click.

Any additional pages beyond the 8 included pages will be charged at:

£150 + VAT per additional page

The prize is for a standard business website only.

7. Prize Exclusions

Unless confirmed in writing by The Bright Click, the prize does not include:

  • Domain name purchase or renewal
  • Website hosting
  • Email hosting or email account setup
  • Logo design or full brand identity design
  • Professional photography
  • Video production
  • Advanced copywriting beyond reasonable page setup
  • Ecommerce functionality
  • Online booking systems
  • Membership areas
  • Customer portals
  • Bespoke web applications
  • Complex third-party integrations
  • Paid plugins, software licences or subscription tools
  • Ongoing website maintenance
  • SEO retainers
  • Paid advertising
  • Social media management
  • CRM setup or automation
  • Legal policies, privacy policies or compliance documents
  • Any work outside the agreed website scope

If the winner requires additional functionality, pages, integrations, design work, copywriting or marketing services, these can be quoted separately.

8. Website URL Limitation

The winning website can only be created for the website URL submitted in the competition entry form.

The winner cannot use the prize for a different business, new project, alternative domain or unrelated website.

If the submitted URL is inaccurate, unavailable, not owned or controlled by the winning business, or cannot reasonably be used for the project, The Bright Click reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.

9. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected from all valid entries received before the closing date.

The winner will be chosen at random using a fair selection process.

The Bright Click’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

10. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number submitted in the entry form.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, The Bright Click reserves the right to select another winner from the valid entries.

11. Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced on or around 21st August 2026.

The winner may be announced on The Bright Click website, social media channels and/or email marketing.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that The Bright Click may use the business name, website URL and general project details for reasonable publicity relating to the competition.

The Bright Click may also request permission to use the completed website as a portfolio example or case study. This will be agreed with the winner separately.

12. Project Timeline

After the winner has accepted the prize, The Bright Click will arrange an initial project discussion.

The website project timeline will depend on:

  • The winner providing required information promptly
  • The agreed page structure
  • The complexity of the website
  • Content and image availability
  • Feedback and approval times
  • The Bright Click’s production schedule

The Bright Click will provide a reasonable project timeline after the initial discussion.

If the winner causes significant delays, fails to provide required content or approvals, or becomes unresponsive, The Bright Click reserves the right to pause or withdraw the prize.

13. Winner Responsibilities

The winner must provide reasonable cooperation throughout the website project.

This may include providing:

  • Access to the current website, where required
  • Access to the domain or hosting provider, where required
  • Existing website content
  • Images, logos and brand assets
  • Business information
  • Feedback and approvals
  • Any required third-party account access

The winner is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any content, images, logos, trademarks or materials supplied to The Bright Click.

14. Website Content And Approvals

The winner is responsible for reviewing and approving the website before launch.

The Bright Click is not responsible for checking the legal accuracy, regulatory compliance or industry-specific compliance of the winner’s website content.

The winner should seek appropriate legal or professional advice where required, especially for regulated industries.

15. Cash Alternative And Transfer

There is no cash alternative.

The prize is non-transferable.

The prize cannot be sold, exchanged or used against any other product or service unless agreed in writing by The Bright Click.

16. Changes To The Campaign

The Bright Click reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

The Bright Click will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not received due to technical issues, internet failures, platform errors or any other reason outside its reasonable control.

17. Marketing Communications

Entrants may choose to opt in to receive marketing insights, recommendations and relevant services from The Bright Click.

Marketing consent is optional and is separate from entry into the competition.

Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

18. Data Protection

Personal data submitted as part of the competition will be used to administer the competition, contact entrants where necessary, select and notify the winner, and provide marketing communications where consent has been given.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with The Bright Click’s Privacy Policy.

19. Liability

The Bright Click will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by an entrant or winner except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

The Bright Click is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or business losses arising from entry into the competition, use of the prize or inability to use the prize.

20. Acceptance Of Terms

By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
